There are over 50 sample policies, forms, and agreements you can use and modify for your organization. Hard copy HIPAA manuals could cost your company upwards of $500. This manual is endorsed by the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM).
B. Benefit Essentials - includes access to recent and proposed regulations (including HIPAA, Cobra, and ERISA) as well as sample forms and model documents, government information and related links.

D. Employee Communications - you are welcome to any of our professional communication pieces, including a template for your own employee handbook.
- Pre-Renewal Process - 75 days in advance of your renewal we will send you a letter requesting some general information, including a current employee census and most recent carrier bill. With this, we begin the Benefit Strategy process (refer to Step 2 above), far in advance of your renewal date. This process ensures that we will have ample time to complete our due diligence on your behalf. In addition, we allot more than enough time to potentially change carriers or alter benefits. Our Pre-Renewal process has proven to work wonders for our current client base, eliminating the last-minute rush to which you may be acustomed.
